This month am hosting this baking event and i picked crackers as this month's theme. I have picked couple of this biscuits and i tried my hands with Champa's Chickpea crackers. Chickpea crackers with sesame seeds

These crackers are seriously very easy to make with ingredients available in our pantry. The best part of this crackers are they are prepared without butter, obviously these crackers are vegan friendly, egg free and butter free. You can munch these dangerously addictive crackers happily without any guilt. Also not to forget, that these crackers goes for Indian spice powder aka chilly powder. To make this crackers most interesting, i also added a tablespoon of flaxmeal. We loved it so munch and trust me these crackers gets vanished very quickly than you can imagine.
